Yes. Two new and hygienically prepared helmets are included with every rental

Yes. All scooters are designed for two riders.

Fuel is not included. Scooters are delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level.

Monte Scooter Premium offers Optional Damage Protection that covers minor accidental damage during normal and responsible scooter use.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Monte Scooter Premium provides high-quality scooter rental services focused on safety, comfort and premium customer experience.
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Driver Requirements

To rent a scooter, the client must:

  • Possess a valid driving license for the selected scooter category
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Present a valid passport or ID
  • Accept full responsibility for the rented vehicle


An international driving permit may be required depending on country of origin.

3. Booking & Payment
  • Reservations can be made online or via WhatsApp
  • Payment available by card or cash
  • Deposit authorization required before rental
  • Optional 50% advance payment provides 10% discount
  • Remaining balance paid at pickup or delivery
  • All prices are transparent with no hidden fees
4. Security Deposit
  • Refundable security deposit required
  • Amount depends on scooter model
  • Deposit returned after inspection
  • May be retained for damage, loss or contract violation

6. Scooter Use & Responsibility

The client agrees to:

  • follow traffic laws
  • use scooter responsibly
  • not allow unauthorized drivers
  • not use scooter for racing or illegal activity
  • return scooter in same condition


Client is responsible for all traffic violations.

7. Insurance & Damage Policy

Basic insurance is included.
Client remains responsible for damage caused by negligence, theft due to careless handling, or loss of equipment.
Optional Damage Protection is available.

8. Fuel Policy

Scooter must be returned with same fuel level as delivered.

9. Delivery & Pickup

We offer:

  • airport delivery (Podgorica & Tivat)
  • hotel delivery
  • custom delivery upon request


Delivery fees may vary by location.

10. Travel Outside Montenegro

Requires prior approval, green card insurance and special documentation.
Unauthorized border crossing is strictly prohibited.

11. Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation within defined period
  • Late cancellation may be non-refundable
  • No-show bookings may be charged
12. Late Return

Late return without agreement may result in additional charges.
